- What is the title of the Act of Parliament relating to workplace safety in your state or territory? What is the title of the Regulation that accompanies the Act?
- Describe your input into 'workplace consultation' in relation to safety. How do you make your views known to management, and how do you report safety concerns or hazards?
- State your job role and describe the responsibilities you have for maintaining a safe workplace. Include all general responsibilities and any specific duties, such as carrying out workplace inspections, risk assessments, etc.
